Submit your senior quote, baby picture, sibling picture, 1st day of kindergarten pictures, Junior prom pictures and superlative nominations for the yearbook by DECEMBER 17th using this link. Please note you must be logged into a Middletown Google account in order to access the form.
Seniors must select their portraits to be used in the yearbook by DECEMBER 3rd on the Lors site using the log in code that was mailed home.
Senior parent ads are due by 2/10 and can be purchased using this link.
